    BEHALA MOTHER WELFARE SOCIETY aims to provide assistance to women to fight against teasing, molestation,violence on street, work place or even at home. crimes. Under this programme women will be trained to learn techniques to protect themselves from the different forms of crime.

  • May 05 TALENT HUNT PROGREMME
    Behala Mother Welfare Society is taking an initiative to hold a healthy competition in areas like education, sports , cultural and physical activities for developing sportsmanship spirit among distressed people.
    Our society is going to organise a TALENT HUNT program named “Pratibhar Sandhan Upajukta Samman” on 23.06.2013 where children from slum areas will participate in singing, dancing, debate and quiz competitions. Rare talents from the adult group of the underprivileged section who didn’t get any recognition till now, will be felicitated in this program.
    We believe that this competition, organised by Behala Mother Welfare Society will contribute in enhancing the mentality as well as art & cultural value of our future generation in a better way.

  • May 05 FREE MEDICAL CHECKUPS
    weekly free medical checkups on Sundays for local poor people who can’t afford to pay for doctors and medicine and leave themselves solely on mercy of God. We are also going to organize a free medical checkup camp .

    Focus to support and promote education among the underprivileged children through nonformal and remedial and Bridge Education.

    We arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussions, seminars and excursions for inculcating knowledge.

  • May 05 Swabalamban
    This program generates earning ability for underprivileged youth and deprived women by providing them necessary skills for employment. This comprises training of Computer Software,Hardware, Mobile repairing, soft toys, tailoring, jewellery , jute , devoloping marketing skills of English.

  • May 05 Maryada

    We take initiatives to help the girl child and underprivileged women to overcome any social stigma and enhance the skills and knowledge to make them realize their value and earn respect .

  • May 05 Arogya

    Free eye, teeth, heart and kidney checkups and regular health care camps are organised to cater to the needs of poor and general health awareness programmes for benefit of the community as a whole.
